Congratulations!! Lots of essential oils are safe to use
but only under the guidance of a qualified aromatherapist. However
certain oils may bring on labour! Please check out our Pregnancy & Labour range to find the most suitable oils for you during this special
time. Always avoid Rosemary, Peppermint, Marjoram and Juniper during
your pregnancy. Clary Sage and Jasmine should be avoided until you
are 37 weeks pregnant!
Have you got sensitive skin?
Don't worry! Most essential oils feel lovely on the skin
and are less likely to cause a reaction than conventional lotions
and potions that often contain harsh petrochemicals etc. The best
way to be sure that your aromatherapy product won't irritate your
skin is to carry out a patch test.
